White Menu Too Down, Why and How Do I Adjust It?

If the white menu at the top of the page or the background image you chose shows slightly down or misplaced this is mostly caused because a Title and Subtitle haven’t been provided.

Please set the Title and Subtitle for your Event in the Customize section.
