How difficult are your themes to set up? What does the support include?

You will need an intermediate knowledge of WordPress. Our documentation will take you through the set up process step by step; we populate them with written tutorials, video tutorials and theme specific FAQs.

We do not provide support for customizing the themes beyond the built-in options. We are happy to help assist in guiding our members with setting up the theme and provide some small css customizations (i.e. change the font color). You will have access to all tutorials plus you have the peace of mind to ask questions about our products and get a response within 24 hours.
